Is the stress it causes me to feel.
Stress= feeling exhausted -> anxiety -> feeling sick -> not feeling hungry -> forgetting to eat because I’m so stressed, and feeling like puking due to anxiety -> being tired &/or hungry at the same time -> feeling angry -> being a total bitch.
